In late November 2025, Mr. Nguyen Van Duc, General Manager of Vietnam's leading fertilizer company, Jinxing Fertilizer Group, led a core team to visit Songdao Chemical for a two-day in-depth business exchange and on-site inspection. Accompanied by Chen Jianguo, Deputy General Manager of Songdao Chemical, General Manager Ruan Wende and his delegation visited the company's production base and R&D center in detail, expressing strong interest in Songdao's achievements in new fertilizer technology, quality control system, and environmental production practices. Ruan Wende pointed out that with the transformation of Vietnam's agriculture towards high added value, the demand for high-quality and environmentally friendly fertilizers in the market continues to rise. Mr. Ruan Wende shared the efficient distribution network of Jinxing fertilizer covering major agricultural production areas in Vietnam and his profound understanding of the needs of local farmers. Both parties agree that combining Songdao's technological research and development with Jinxing's channel depth can quickly respond to the fertilizer demand of the Vietnamese market for specific ratios and coating technologies.
The second is to transform on-site evaluation into a roadmap for cooperation. This visit is not only a conference exchange, but also a deep trust and capability verification. Through on-site inspections of Songdao Chemical's production site and a detailed understanding of its performance in the existing Southeast Asian market, the Jinxing Fertilizer team has expressed a positive intention to establish specific models such as "technology licensing+local filling" or OEM cooperation for specific product lines.

Consultant Li conducted a detailed analysis on issues such as Vietnam's fertilizer import control, localized production requirements, and preferential policies for joint ventures, clearing the preliminary obstacles for both parties to advance specific projects in the next step.
The inspection of Jinxing Fertilizer is not only an important attempt for Vietnamese chemical companies to seek regional technological cooperation in Asia, but also provides valuable opportunities for Songdao Chemical to further cultivate the ASEAN market.
