On December 20, 2025, Mr. Alexander Miller, Executive Vice President of Nova Nongko Group in Europe, led a delegation to visit Songdao Chemical for a formal business inspection. Huang Wenteng, General Manager of Songdao Chemical, warmly welcomed the guests with his main management team and had in-depth exchanges with them on deepening strategic coordination in the Asian market and exploring new opportunities for cooperation in the fertilizer field.
At the beginning of the meeting, General Manager Huang Wenteng warmly welcomed Mr. Miller and his delegation, and systematically introduced the development history, industrial layout, core business sectors, and recent business performance of Songdao Chemical since its establishment. He emphasized that the company has always adhered to market demand orientation and has built a relatively complete industrial chain and significant brand influence in the fields of fertilizers and chemicals, providing a solid foundation for future close cooperation between the two parties.

Subsequently, he elaborated on Nova Nongko's core competitive advantages, including its leading technology in the European and global markets, mature brand management system, and continuous investment in the research and development of new environmentally friendly fertilizers. Mr. Miller specifically pointed out that the group is actively seeking to establish a more stable strategic pivot in the rapidly growing Asian fertilizer market, and Songdao Chemical's comprehensive strength and local network are key partners in realizing this vision.  
In response to NovaNongko's strategic interest in the Asian market, General Manager Huang Wenteng shared Songdao Chemical's market network layout and operational experience in Asia, especially in East Asia and Southeast Asia, and highlighted the company's core capabilities in fertilizer production, quality control, and supply chain management. Mr. Miller conducted a macro analysis on the agricultural development needs, fertilizer usage trends, and market access differences in different regions of Asia. Both parties agreed that there is broad cooperation space in the introduction of specific product lines, technical cooperation, and joint brand promotion.
To ensure the smooth progress of potential cooperation, both parties also invited Mr. James Watson, a senior legal advisor with extensive experience in Eurasian cross-border projects, to participate in the talks. Watson Consultant provided professional opinions on the import standards, agricultural regulations, intellectual property protection, and joint ventures of fertilizer products in target Asian countries, providing forward-looking compliance guidance for the future cooperation path planning of both parties.  
This exchange was pragmatic, efficient, and had a harmonious atmosphere. On core issues such as opportunities in the fertilizer market, technological complementarity, and cooperation models, both parties have reached a high degree of consensus and agreed to establish a regular high-level dialogue mechanism, and designate a special working group to promote the exploration and implementation of specific project plans in the future. This visit not only deepened mutual understanding, but also marked a solid first step for Songdao Chemical and European NovaNongko in exploring the joint development of the Asian market.
